This past Sunday I had the opportunity to take an Independence Helicopters tour of Philadelphia with @MindyYablonski and @betsyvonawesome. We had a pretty awesome view!

A view of Northeast Philadelphia from inside the helicopter.

An aerial view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and Campbell’s Field, the home of the Camden Riversharks.

The Robinson R44 Raven II, our mode of transportation for the tour.

Gorgeous views.
When I see those views, I am feeling proud to have Philly roots.

I worked in the Public Ledger Bldg at 5th & Chestnut about 52 years ago. I used to look out of the 6th floor window and see the clock on Independence Mall.
